Along with our knowledge and skill levels, allowing us to accommodate with ease our Customers needs and expectations.

This investment allowed Water Jet Cutting to enhance the profile cut industry beyond the parameters offered by conventional cutting technologies.

The equipment is able to cut virtually any sheet material with extreme precision and produces stress - free cuts without a heat affected zone. (HAZ)

From single item to multi-batch production, Water Jet Cutting offers an unlimited range of materials, which can be produced cost effectively.






This technology is backed up by state of the art CAD / CAM systems that can Scan, Vector Bitmap or table digitise, the most complex of designs.

Customers have the option of supplying CAD / CAM compatible formats for direct input or can have our team of highly experienced CAD / CAM programmers to work from artwork and non-dimensional shapes. Both options result in a clean and precise cut.

We can also supply our customers the complete item by offering 5 Axis Milling, Shotblasting, Countersinking, Zinc Plating & Anodising.Any other requests we will endeavor to accomplish.
