The Laser QC machine ensures every component

we manufacture is to the highest degree

of quality and accuracy.

The laser scans the component measuring every detail.

This method can allow drawings / programs to

be generated direct from the component.

This system also gives us the ability to measure up to +/- 0.05mm, much more accurate than conventional methods.

Our general machine tolerances are +/-0.2mm.
